"The quality of the work was great, it is the product I am not sure about. Just had the system put in last year and the mother board needed to be replaced. While it took longer than expected to receive the part, once received, it was replaced the next business day. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the part and performed the inspection; and explained it all so I could understand what they did (they even replaced the air filter without my asking). I have used this company for over ten years and find their employees willing to help me keep my system running smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend McCrea of VA for your HVAC needs."

"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. Thank you Aaron. Joseph"

"Jimmy and his team are experts in their field. Air Force One has installed an HVAC unit and two Mitsubishi mini splits for us at our home.
