Kelly's Top Notch Tile

We heard about Kelly, and asked her to come out and look at the job. She adjusted her schedule to accommodate our time frame so that we did not lose our mortgage lock. When she started the job, we found out that the shower wall that had been put up by a different contractor was seriously not level. Kelly had to rebuild the wall before she could waterproof and tile. This added a day or two to the schedule that neither of us had planned for, but she still got the work done in time. Not only did she complete the work on time, she provided quality workmanship. Kelly and her people were also very respectful and cleaned up after themselves, taking everything with them. Kelly did a beautiful job and I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom. I have had so many complements! I highly recommend her, and will be using her again on my kitchen tile when we attack that project next.

They broke the lid to the toilet. We had 3 leaks to the kitchen ceiling. One from the master bathtub. Two from the hallway bathroom. They did repair the one leak from the hallway bathroom, but now we discovered the toilet was not connected properly. The plumber who we hired to fix the problem said the toilet was never seated properly.

The floor tile looks nice. They upgraded the shower, added a corner seat. They removed a door to the water closet and installed a new smaller door to save space. They painted the bathroom, hung new mirrors and pictures. They broke the toilet tank lid and it took a good six weeks after the renovation was done to finally get the replacement. When they replaced the tub, the overflow valve was faulty and we had a leak to the garage ceiling, when we emailed them about it, they never responded so we took care of it ourselves. 
They also renovated another upstairs bathroom and after that work was completed, we had water leaking into our kitchen, they did find the origin of the leak and did repaint our kitchen ceiling.
They also put up a backsplash in the kitchen, it looks nice, but I wish they would have done an adjacent wall that I thought would have been included.
She never wrote up an exact amount prior to the work being done. She just gave us round figures and that was somewhat frustrating. 
Overall, the work they did is an improvement over what we had but I doubt I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer provided marble tile and related materials needed for installation and electrician for heated floor installation.  Kelly and her team did a great job demoing, designing, and installing the bath.  She was flexible and easy to work with and got the job done in the face of some pretty cold days and some unexpected issues, like mold.  They were courteous, timely, and professional.

Would recommend Kelly to anyone who needs ceramic tile work done in their home. Kelly came for an estimate when she said she would. We were not ready at that time to do the work at that time but kept in touch with Kelly. She was very responsive to our needs and also very patient as we had to also get our tub refinished by another company and Kelly had her worker come back to finish the tile and caulking after the tub refinishing was done. Work was completed in a very professional manner. Her helper Donna was also extremely nice arriving when she said she would. This is a definite plus! We have had othe work done and you never know if someone is going to show up! But Kelly is reall and quot;Top Notchand quot; as her name states! Definitely would use her again.

Kelly came out for the estimate, she is extremely professional with quite a bit of experience. Her crew started work about a week later and replaced both bathroom floors (powder baths) and kitchen back splash. Her final price was approximately 600 over her estimate. I recommend buying the tile yourself if using them to keep track of the money instead of letting her buy it for you. Her crew was very friendly and easy to be around. They did an excellent job with the tile and we are very pleased with the quality of work.

Her crew started within a few days, they demo'd the walls and replaced the wall board and bathtub quickly and efficiently. Kelly herself was very helpful in ironing out some specific problems with the job that could have cost a lot more. She immediately informed me that the wall tiles I previously purchased from Home Depot were not cut properly and the tiles would not line up on the walls. I replaced the wall and floor tiles and the rest of their work was well done. I appreciated her straightforwardness, honesty, and the professionalism of her crew. We are happy with the results and I will give her the opportunity to bid on future projects. My only observation is that Kelly needs to check her voice mails more often as it was hard to get her on her business phone sometimes during the project.
