If you currently have a roof leak, we can come out to diagnose the problem and give a written estimate for any needed repairs. I had a great experience with fair claims roofing. Bruce, who handled my roof and gutter replacement as well as my mom’s, went above and beyond working with the insurance company to make sure everything needed for the replacement was considered. I would definitely work with him again if/when the need arises.

Great. The work crew was polite, efficient, and very professional. Hand carried all material to the front of the house and into the trailer. Nothing touched the yard. They even hand cleaned the gutters. The owner was great to work with and walked me through the process and answered every question I had. I never write these things but this company is worth every penny.

FairClaims Roofing is a contractor, so the roofing work went to a sub-contractor. David Reinke with FairClaims Roofing handled everything. He was a great help with the insurance company. We had three estimates and David by far put the most effort into the estimate. It was very detailed and he explained it well. The insurance company accepted it without any questions. After we hired him, he managed the project. He was professional, friendly and responsive. I would gladly work with David again.

FCR was our 5th roofing company to contact. Most would not even show after we contacted them. Dave came on our time and took measurements and gave us an fair estimate. He also jumped through our Mortgage Companies hoops to get the job done. The workers did the roof in a day and a half and cleaned up after themselves. It was estimated only to take one day, but understood that the pitch of our house was harder than expected. We were able to choose our color without added cost and it looks better than before. FCR offers a great warranty compared to other contractors. We would and did recommend FCR to our friends and family.

Very Well. The representative from Fair Claims roofing made an initial inspection and recommended we contact our insurance company. The insurance company scheduled an investigator to look at our roof. The Fair Claims inspector was there to show the insurance adjuster what he had seen and the basis for his recommendation to replace the roof. The work was approved and Fair Claims worked with us to select the proper roofing materials; type of shingle, color, etc. The roof was then replaced as scheduled. All went extremely well. I will call them again if I ever have another roofing issue.

Jordan Bonneau came out and evaluated our roof and provided a clear estimate of the materials, quality and cost. Once we agreed to have the work done, the roofing materials were delivered on time and the roofing crew showed up on time as well. They did a quality job of removing the old roofing material, installing the new roof and cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend Fair Claims Roofing based on their professional work. We are very happy with our new roof.

The work is not complete and it's been 6 weeks. The owner threatened to file charges for theft of services because i will not pay for work that's not been completed satisfactorily. Every time I contact the owner he acts like it's the first time he's heard about the problem. Today he told me someone would be out to correct the downspouts, but again, no one ever showed up. When I contacted him about it his response was "they said today". Since it was already after dark the day was over. I will never use this company again and will never recommend them. My neighbor hired them first and her roof still leaks. She was also threatened with charges for theft of service because she too wouldn't make the last payment on a roof that leaks. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company.
