He answered all of our questions about insurance, design, timeline, and costs, and once we hired him he immediately began working on mockups, ordering materials, and scheduling subcontractors. From day one, everything flowed smoothly. Jose was there to oversee everything, and his team is incredibly skilled. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Everyone has complimented the fantastic tiling in my bathroom! My husband and I are so happy we went with Jose's company and we couldn't recommend them enough. Another bonus is that while he supports you in whatever design you choose, he does provide input based on his many years of experience, which I appreciated greatly."

That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"It did not go well. The owners are very entertaining and engaging. They managed to convince me to re-do the hall bath from studs out. Unlike the others asked to bid these gentlemen did not quote materials, only labor/contracting. It was on me to find and purchase all of the fixtures and finishes. They did set me up with a location that had many of the materials I needed and even visited the tile store with me. Unfortunately, the tub I selected on my own had to be returned as did the shower fixture."
