He did not level the areas he cleaned up and just covered them with cut up trash bags as a a weed blocker. Left very heavy bags of weeds/dirt for city trash pick up. One I had to re-bag into 3 bags. Couldnt lift it... but, they worked long and hard and were worth the money. Just needed a bit more supervision from the client."

He was honest, reassuring and upfront with the whole project. He always checked in with me during the project.
