Small jobs welcome

"Kevin and his team were on time and the service was quick. I originally had them scheduled to haul away my mattress but they were able to be flexible and come back the next day to not only haul away the mattress but breakdown a broken bed put it back together and move it This is a large king size bed with a high headboard. They were also willing to come back and put the new mattress on. The VIP team is quick flexible and reliable please book them for your next service."

"Gil and his crew did an excellent job. Very friendly. Did what they said they would. On time and professional. They installed sod and a sprinkler system. We are thrilled with their work. Look forward to working with Gil and Raphael in the near future for another project. Highly recommend Epic Lawn Care."

"George provided estimates verbally, then emailed on request. Work was hard, but he and other guys did a great job. Waiting on requested fill dirt between some of the squares, which he said they would do, and may rehire next spring for back yard! Thank you, George!"

Customers say: True professional

"Mr. Escalante and crew did a great job with brick border around my 2 Crepe Myrtle trees in the back yard. When digging trench around the trees for the borders, they found I had a lot of grub worms and suggested they treat my yard for them & I agreed. He proved to be a trustworthy and honorable man. His did exactly what he said he would do, in accordance with his written quote. I would use this company again and highly recommend him."

"Jason’s team did a great job. Lawn was a mess and overgrown. Jason and his team came out within 72 hours to do the job, even with the risk of rain all week. We have hired his crew for biweekly landscaping. Amenable to virtual payments which is appreciated for people on the go."

"A personal service where the business owner went to great effort to deal with our queries and ensure an efficient removal of our unwanted furniture and yard trash, providing two lads to help with loading the dumpster. We are very pleased with the service we received and recommend the company to others."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

The EPA enforces hazardous waste laws and ensures people dispose of their hazardous waste responsibly. Depending on where you live, your state’s hazardous waste regulatory agency may also enforce these laws. Individually, it’s up to each household to properly dispose of their hazardous waste.
