"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

The job was completed in a professional and timely manner; Derek and his crew did great work and an amazing clean up job before they left. I had a question about the bracing bolts being a bit too long, and the crew came immediately and trimmed them and it looks great. They worked very hard to save a tree my wife desperately wanted to save. As they say, if the wife is happy, I am happy. I am a repeat customer of Lumberjack Tree Service and will definitely use them again. I give them my highest recommendation."

"The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."
