"woodbridge installed my siding and some windows. It has been 8-1/2 weeks since I contacted woodbridge about water damage that leaked under the flashing around windows and ruined the wood, I also wanted an estimate on hail damage to the siding. Jonathan came out 3 weeks later, stated the flashing was installed wrong. Stated he ordered materials and gave his info to his boss Mark Moorehead and Mark would get in touch. I had to pretend to want new siding to get someone to talk to me. A lady asked for my pictures because Jonathan was in the hospital. I sent them. she responded "thank you I've received them I will get these pictures over and get with Mark Moorehead and get the rest of this done". Now I can't even get her to respond. I have 9 windows needing new flashing, and wood replaced due to faulty installation. The house was never wrapped upon siding installation to protect the wood. Also the "lifetime warranty" on hail damage DOES NOT cover labor!!! Faulty installation and customer service... Defiantly not worth what they charge! Still waiting."
