I ordered a door in August. When the expected date came I called about the door only to find out it was delayed. I was told I would receive a call when the door was shipped and given an approximate day. I did not get a call. I called them and they told me the warehouse was receiving it that day. I arranged an installation day and scheduled vacation. The installers were a no show. I was rescheduled later in the week. When the installers did show up the door was wrong. I told them to cancel everything because I had lost confidence in them. They did 33 windows in my house the year before and everything went great. Maybe I was lucky or maybe they are going downhill.

I usually do not write bad reviews for the affect it will have on a company. However, I am at my last option here. I ordered replacement windows for my house about 5 years ago. The windows were great until about a year ago when I had one window that keeps "falling out". The window falls out randomly and they fixed it once, but the second time it fell out during a freeze. I told them this is an emergency as it is below 30 degrees outside and I do NOT have a window!!! They did not seem to care and scheduled my service 2 weeks out. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR WARRANTY IS HORRIBLE!! SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND TIME! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a 12 foot 4 panel patio door in October 2020. It took about eight weeks for it to arrive. However wrong parts were delivered and the door was not properly installed. They have come back six other times and the cruise brought wrong equipment and parts to replace what’s incorrect. during these six appointments, we were severely inconvenienced due to taking off work to making sure we were at home for the repair. This morning marks the seventh appointment scheduled to fix the door and it’s almost February 2023. Who knows I might have to write Another review if they come back with more issues this morning. We are not valued as customers as we were left inconvenienced and left in suspense for nearly 2 years. The corporate office will not accommodate us in anyway for their mishap. Do not use this company!

Poor, we have been waiting for 7 months for faulty panes to be replaced. I’ve had to stay on field supervisor Stephen after wrong items ordered. Lots of shoving and drilling and obvious unfamiliar with our doors. When bad foot lock was installed, four holes are now exposed looking shoddy and nothing has been done to correct.

Be aware of this company's deceptive business practices. Contracts are not honored & they lack integrity in their customer relations. I executed a contract in Nov’20 for siding, soffit and fascia installation. My 50% deposit totaling more than $5,500 was processed in Nov’20 within a week of signing the contract & I was given an estimated 6-week lead time for installation. I received an email in Nov’20 & again in Dec’20 confirming my order was processed & approved & assuring me "we like to stay in touch with our customers every step of the way". I called the 1st week of Jan'21 for an installation update as the 6-week lead time had elapsed & was notified by salesperson that he had misquoted my project & could not proceed with installation & was cancelling the order?!? A full 6-weeks after executing the contract & sitting on my $5,500 deposit with no attempt to contact me! I was given no further explanation of when they knew there was an issue or why I was not contacted earlier & refunded my deposit. I am unsure if there was any intent on their part to even contact me & refund my money had I not called them. Very shameful and deceptive business practices. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

NO TO WINDOW WORLD! update** 12/15/2020. Install date is supposed to be today.... it is 1130 AM with no call to confirm and nobody here to install. I hope their quality of work is opposite from their service, sales and communication. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a window company. The install was supposed to happen during summer.... now its freezing outside, great time to have a hole in your wall. I have waited 4 months and still have not had any install or product recieved. I was told when signing the contract it would probably take 3 weeks but no longer than 2 months. I would have never gone with window world if I knew it was going to take this long and wasnt lied to. I asked for a refund with the promise someone would contact me, nobody has yet. I will NEVER use window world again. This was their test run. I have many other windows and doors to replace. I am glad I didnt choose to have WINDOW WORLD do them all at once. Liars, scam and terrible service. I do NOT recommend Window World unless you want your windows installed Late and lying customer service. I got a call already, and was told "unfortunately there is nothing we can do" basically too bad, we lied and there is nothing we will do to make it right.

There was a problem with one window, but it was special ordered and installed promptly. Took much less time to install than expected. Six windows plus the octagon were completely installed and everything cleaned up in less than three hours. They look great and I am very impressed and pleased.

I had to call supplier to find out when windows shipped. Scheduler said we would be called by installation supervisor between 8am and 10am with a time of arrival. Had to call crew supervisor at 10:30 to find out when crew would arrive. Crew supervisor call around 11 to inform me they wouldn’t be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. They arrived at 4:00pm. We waited all day because we were never informed that we would be the third installation job on that day. We were given a $100 credit for having to wait all day, but a week later, the credit hasn’t been processed. Didn’t take a day for them to bill and get their money! There was a problem with a window and they did fix that issue in a timely manner.

I have had an amazing experience with Window World so far. Zac, the estimate professional, was amazing! He explained everything in detail and was completely honest with me from start to finish. I ordered 4 windows to start with (I gave 14 total that need replacing). The windows were ready when Zac said they would be ready and the installation crew was phenomenal. There were no problems or hiccups at any point. I actually think the installation crew left my house cleaner than when they showed up. They swept the floors and made sure no pieces of my old windows were on the ground outside. I have already put in another order for my massive front window and will be ordering the rest of my windows soon. I have included pictures of my original windows (original to the house, built in 1955) and the replacement windows!

Team arrived on time and very courteous. The install went well and took longer than they expected, as the install was done on older cabin on a lake. We felt bad for the guys, but they were so kind and told us it was no problem. Overall, very happy with our new windows and the overall process.

From the 1st install day, the install was horrible. The left huge gaps in caulking to where rain was coming in thought the windows. Supervisors and customer service was horrible. It took 3 month from the start of this job to be unsatisfied complete.

This company is very slow with everything. They took almost two weeks to come out and do an estimate then they had to come back out after that to do more measurements. After that they took half of the money as a deposit which is fine. So 3-4 weeks go by with no ETA and I called a few times and they said they’d call me back with an update and of course the did not. So around 4 weeks I get a call back saying they actually don’t make the door I need. Terrible on all aspects.

Had the window replacement for the entire house in Apr. 2016. Windows have nice quality, just the gaps between the frame and wall often too wide. Windows world said the limit is a quarter inch on each side, but many of my windows have gaps wider than that. The most troubling thing is that my kitchen window has gaps of one inch on each side and the installer Marvin said he would call in for a replacement. Only he did NOT. Then a guy names Chase came and said he'd replace it. Only he did NOT. Called window world six month later, and guess what! Chase changed job and he never submitted the order. Then Tara said she would come to check it out. Late and made me wait for the whole day due to some emergency. Then guess what. She said the window is okay, just need to be re-centered. I asked if there were wide gaps, no matter how you centered it, there would be still gaps, right? The response was that she's doing this for 20 years. I guess crooks would only get better after 20 years.
