"I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!"

David and his crew went to work right away removing old contaminated insulation and then sprayed the crawlspace with an antimicrobial solution before installing the new vapor barrier and insulation. David always kept me informed as the work progressed. I was happy to see they were using respirators, specialized suits and other safety equipment during the process. The crew worked diligently, had a great sense of humor, they were respectful and kept a positive attitude the whole time. I’ve owned other homes, but this is the first time I’ve ever been involved in the restoration of a crawlspace. I knew I was in good hands with David, Nico, Ben, Nayla and their great crew.
