"Very well.  They looked for places where they were getting in the house and then they trapped them.  I liked that they were thorough and they let you know when they are coming. "

"We had been smelling skunks from under our house. After thoroughly checking out the house's exterior, and feeling reasonably confident that no skunk was around, Matt still valiantly entered the crawl space to check! Although Matt found no skunk, he found evidence of recent rat activity. He is treating this situation, and we signed up for a quarterly preventive program, as well as one yearly for carpenter ants. Besides being brave and cautious, Matt is also highly communicative, professional and congenial."

"We had birds in our attic space and we were worried about vermin around the house due to some droppings. Simmons & Crowe came out to our house, fixed the attic vents, laid at least a dozen traps around our house. They followed up every 2 weeks for about 2 months. They were always professional and non-intrusive. Simmons called a week or more ahead to schedule a house visit and to reset the traps, then their technicians showed up promptly. Great service. Highly recommended.

"Working with Storysold was a dream. We had a huge undertaking with almost 40,000 sq ft between two properties! With both buildings being over 100 years old keeping critters out is difficult and the previous tenants of the building allowed a huge infestation to occur. Jake was able to not only eradicate the unwanted pests he also filled holes and cracks and has stopped them from having easy access. Communication was great and the pricing was fair and manageable for our small nonprofit! I will continue to work with Storysold and recommend them for any pest control needs, big or small!"

DIY treatments may help minor issues, but professionals provide long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.

Yes, it is generally safe to return to your house once the pest control professionals have granted permission. Keep in mind that you’ll only need to evacuate your home during extreme pest control treatments, such as whole-home fumigation, while more minor treatments don’t require leaving. When you return home, be sure to follow the pest pro’s instructions carefully, especially those surrounding wait times and safety precautions.

No, mothballs do not keep bats away. Not only are mothballs completely ineffective when repelling or removing bats, but using them could be illegal, depending on where you live. Remember, bats are federally protected, and it's illegal to use chemicals during the removal process, and mothballs tend to fall into this category.
