I had to pay $299 cancelation fee with the other company to cancel my service and they promised me that they will let me it tried out and I can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. After a few months of trying them, the service has been awful and I called today to cancel my service because it is waste of money to pay $100 every month for their service, the manager tells me that I own them $299 for canceling with them, although I was promised that if I switched my service with me and try them out I could cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee!!"
