I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!

We have used Axiom for many years and have always had exceptional service. The techs that were here today went above and beyond to help me with some pesky ants. We have used their regular service, and never been charged extra if we encountered an issue between regular service…and that has happened a fair amount of times due to a lot of mice and rats in this area. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing company, tremendous service, professional company and staff from front end sales rep to back-end customer service and all the folks in between including the service exterminators. I have had no sugar ant's fir the first time in 17 years. This year I had a spider problem inside, they showed up early for my two-month scheduled maintenance and now a few weeks later, no spiders. They are quick to respond, so kind, they built a loyal, trustworthy company on hard work, customer focused and integrity.
