Although our raccoon wasnâ t captured, the crawl space was eventually secured so tightly,,thereâ s little, chance of re-entry. What a relief! The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. The company had very good respond.

Great experience from scheduling the appointment to the work performed by James. James patched some holes where birds were hanging out and also installed bird barriers. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I'll definitely give Summit Pest Management a call for any future needs.

Customer service is excellent and very friendly. They were able to fit me in their schedule on short notice (next day) as I was hearing scratching noises in the ceiling/attic of my home and was begging for their help quickly. Justin arrived at scheduled time, assessed issue, and explained what the plan would be to solve the problem. I had 3 squirrels in the attic of my home, one he determined had died just a day or so before. He removed the dead animal and set 2 traps on my roof, and then explained what I might expect to happen in a day or so or possible a week. Justin a friendly "nice guy" who understood that I wanted issue solved immediately. He and customer service staff very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions. Would highly recommend this company and I would use again (but sure hope I don't have to).

He found 2 species of carpenter ants that we didn't even know were here! We had just moved into the house we recently bought and knew we had a rodent problem. I really appreciated the fact that he looked for everything, not just what we called him out for. He treated and guaranteed his work. His guarantee was longer, price was lower, and found the ants that a competitor missed. Absolutely recommend this company!

They did a good job of assessing my problem and trapping squirrels and making repairs to avoid future problems. I was frustrated having to pay to haul away extra squirrels from the neighborhood that were not part of the squirrels living in our attic. It was good customer service except for Luke who answers the phone.

Prompt service, friendly office staff and field tech. James arrived at the scheduled time and was efficient in identifying the entry point, setting traps and preparing to protect our property from further squirrel invasion. He also checked additional areas for other potential problems we were unaware of. He gave clear instructions about next steps and what to do when the traps are tripped. I would have given more stars but the job isn't complete yet. Will update once the work is complete.

Debby Miller, the office manager, responded so kindly to my poor review, and reminded me that the re-visit was to take care of another pest issue that the service men discovered and took care of, after fully explaining the problem and my agreeing that it did indeed need to be taken care of! They did take care of the ant issue, and the other pest issue that I forgot all about when I wrote my review. The service people, James and David, were very courteous and explained everything so well and I am so sorry that I forgot about the rodent issue that they took care of and need to come back a second time to verify that it is resolved.
