Very professional, nice, prompt, and not at all pushy with trying to get us to buy a monthly pest control plan. The mosquito treatment itself didn't last very long, but I don't think that necessarily reflects on the company. If I had pest control needs again, I would probably use them.
I have a yearly contract with them. They came out four or five times to get the ant problem under control. They are responsive when I call. The ant problem seems to be under control now.

"I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!"

One nest was in a rotten log on one side of the house, and the other nest was on the other side of the house ... in the wall of the house! He sprayed the nests, and then sprayed a powder on the house siding to help with any yellow jackets entering and exiting the inner wall of the house once he left. When he left there was no activity, and I never saw another yellow jacket around either nest after that."

One of their guys showed up at my door a few months ago, talked me into switching to their company. Stayed at my house for over 30mins, taught me what to say on the phone to cancel my pest control service with the other company and didn?t leave until I cancelled and switched to their company. I had to pay $299 cancelation fee with the other company to cancel my service and they promised me that they will let me it tried out and I can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. After a few months of trying them, the service has been awful and I called today to cancel my service because it is waste of money to pay $100 every month for their service, the manager tells me that I own them $299 for canceling with them, although I was promised that if I switched my service with me and try them out I could cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee!!"

David always kept me informed as the work progressed. I was happy to see they were using respirators, specialized suits and other safety equipment during the process. The crew worked diligently, had a great sense of humor, they were respectful and kept a positive attitude the whole time.
