Everyone I dealt with, both over the phone and in person, was pleasant and professional and eager to resolve the situation. All scheduled activities occurred on time as promised, and a couple of unavoidable weather-related postponements were handled adeptly and quickly rescheduled. Critter Control has a great customer-focused system that allows them to document their work on each visit with photographs as necessary, and email a report to the customer right from the driveway before they leave the work site.
