My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!

I was extremely pleased with Power Vac LLC, and all of their people. Upon arriving on the first scheduled date the technician realized that too many hoses would need to be connected to reach the furnace, so instead of just going ahead he recommended coming back with their portable unit. Upon coming back, the two technicians were pleasant, professional and the did outstanding work (and clean up). I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

First time getting our ducts & vents cleaned. I shopped around for the best reviews and decided on Power Vac. They emailed me an accurate quote and were very responsive. The service techs arrived on time and explained how the process would work. Alla & Bobby were FANTASTIC! Super friendly and did a great job. Showed me all the dust they pulled out when they were done. I should've had it done years ago. A+ for your employees!

Power Vac provided a comprehensive bid for service. Arrived on time and performed a thorough cleaning of all overhead duct work and furnace. He was on time (a little early), had all required tools, explained the process completely. Work was performed quickly and upon completion, provided us recommendations to keep our HVAC system working as it should. The system is noticeably more effective. I will use this company for future services as needed.

Perfect - Very professional. Eric and his partner called ahead and were able to come out early which helped my schedule. They reviewed what needed to be done, performed the service and were done in less than 1 hour. Eric provided feedback on how to better maintain in the future as well - we were way overdue for this service and will definitely be using again in 1 to 1.5 years for the next cleaning.

From the women on the phone to the gentlemen that came to do the job, everybody was very nice. Showed up on-time and cleaned out my dryer vent which vented out my second story roof. They went the extra mile as well blowing out dirt and leaves from some of my gutters as well.

Cole and Eric did a fantastic job for us! Incredibly thorough! Immensly better than any previous service we have ever had. As I watched them working I realized that I had never realized what a truly high quality work like this entailed. I could tell the difference in our greatly improved air quality almost immediately. Eric and Cole offered extremely helpful information and offered us tips on things we can do to keep our air clean, and ways to maintain our heat pump system to increase its longevity. They answered our many questions and took the time to get the job done to their very high standards. They worked very hard and did a great work!! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them strongly.

Kenny and Mike were great and communicated well. They did arrive about an hour late, but called in advance to let me know, so it wasn't a problem. They were both very conscientious in taking care of our home an cleaning up after themselves. The project took about 4 hours, which was the estimate, and they addressed a few problems with my heating system access, without additional charge. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot. When we saw dog hair coming out of our basement heating vents, we knew it was time to have the vents cleaned. I asked for estimates through the Angie's List system and received a response the same day from Mary Jeppesen. She emailed me with an extensive description of the process and the cost, along with the option of either $50 discount as an Angies List member, or free dryer vent cleaning. We set a time for the cleaning and I got a call 2 days early saying they had an opening and was I interested. Well sure! Kenny arrived right on time and went right to work setting up the system. WARNING: it is very loud, but that means it is a heavy duty suction system at work. It took approximately 4 hour. At the end, Kenny asked if we wanted the dryer vent cleaned, or the $50 discount. I went for the dryer vent. He inspected it from our basement, looked at where it exited, and then even crawled under the overhang of the the house siding to inspect the outlet from the outside. In the end, he said it didn't really need it, as the vent tubing was quite short to the outside and not much lint appeared to be in it. He gave me the $50 discount. I love that this company didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
