"When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Started and completed the work promptly arriving at stated times Started the day I called for consult and stayed late to complete as much as possible that same day. "I called on a Saturday about 1pm, my furnace was not working and they were able to come out in just a few hours and take care of the problem. The repair was minor so they adjusted their cost to fit the work preformed. Not many companies going to be that fair, thank you very much. I will recommend Hubbs to all!!!"
