"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge.
