"When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. "Logan was so knowledgeable about everything he was doing. Not only that, he made sure we could stay in our home while he worked on our electric panel.
