The install was excellent and went very smoothly. Carl was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough, clean and accommodating. He stayed to make sure everything was in working order, made sure we had no unanswered questions and that we were satisfied with everything. I would definitely call on him again.

Excellent customer service. He initially helped us extend the time we had on our unit, but when it eventually gave out he set us up with exactly what we needed with very fair pricing. He was very friendly. Everything works great now!

I had another HVAC Co. that made a service call. All they wanted to do was sell me a new furnace. I explained that I had a limited income. Thankfully I sent them on their way. I called The Heating & Cooling Pro. They were very prompt. The owner said that all I needed was an igniter for furnace. He stated before he left that I might consider in the future a new furnace. I told him I would call him. Very good service and I trust the owner!!!!!!

My outdoor AC unit was covered with ice and wasn't cooling. Carl came out the same day, found some electrical issues and recharged my refrigerant, and it's been running strong since. I highly recommend this service! Carl and his company are true professionals.
