Very professional company with excellent customer service. The furnace installation went very smoothly and the technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Iâ d recommend them to anyone that I know! Wish I could leave a review higher than 5 stars!

They are not familiar in what Angi requires and they are not following guidelines for an Angi pro. Tried to charge for services not received and harass for money with several phone calls and emails.

"We performed a service call and were at your home for nearly two hours trying to fix you issues. I am not sure what you are referring to as guidelines for an Angie Pro but there are services are not free. You agreed to a service call fee and we only charged for a half hour of labor."

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
They were very responsive ......they scheduled the service call and came out within a few hours. The problem with the furnace was that it was shutting off before it reached the proper temperature. The technician noticed hot air coming onto the burner compartment where a gasket had come off. He sealed the seem with metal tape and thought that solved the problem. He called me and explained what he did and charged me $90. What I didn't like is that I was not informed of what the problem was or of the fees prior to the work being done. Whether the $90 was a standard service call fee or for the repair....I'm not sure. That's partly my fault for not asking about a service call fee when scheduling the appt. However, if there was a standard service call fee, I feel I should have been informed when making the appt. End result, this did not solve the problem. I had two other companies out. They both said the control board was bad and one of them wanted to replace the furnace. I had the control board replaced and the furnace is working fine now.

At the time of your service call your furnace was functioning properly and it was evident that you had hot air coming out at the seam so we sealed it. In your invoice you were advised to reach back out to us if the problem returned and we would waive a return service call fee. We truly are sorry you were not happy with our services. We go above and beyond for our customers and try our very best to make sure everyone's expectations are exceeded."

Chad, was very engaging and easy talk to. He kept me informed of the entire process. Even when the new tank from his company didn't fit, chad did not hesitate to go out and find the right size tank. Could not ask for better service. The water heater is working better than ever. I spoke with his assistant Kari a couple of times on other related issues and she was friendly as well. I had insurance endorsement so no financial impact.
