"I really can't say enough good about Westin Air and the team of people who work there. Professional all the way. This was simply an annual system check-up on the TRANE HVAC system Westin Air installed late summer last year. Justin and Frank were the technicians. They neatly performed annual maintenance on the system and answered a few questions I had about the unit's staging system. These folks are PROS and I highly recommend them."

"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

"When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. When I called with a question the next day, they sent the installer back to physically review the system and answer all questions.I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and people from Franklin Heating/cooling and highly recommend them."

"The Logan team did a great job in performing their work in replacing a dual HVAC system in my home. Courteous technicians who were efficient in their work and cleaned-up after themselves. Very pleased with our experience and would invite them back again."

"Called and they had appointment same day. Small garage ac/heat unit fixed. Liked the service tech and will definitely hire them again."

"Excellent job, but hope the HVAC and battery were provisioned so that we don't need to wait or provide our own battery. Also, if possible, the technician can come near scheduled time, so that we don't need to adjust our work schedule."

"John was very responsive and informative about the HVAC system. Would recommend for Air Duct and Dryer vent cleaning services."
