Greg is the technician that came out to my house. He was wonderful. From the moment he came into my home he was respectful and very genuine. He even acknowledged and played with my dog, who thinks every human is his best friend. He was very informative about what all he would be doing during his visit. Once he was done with his work, Greg took the time to go over the performance of my furnace. It was refreshing to have a technician perform maintenance and not try to sell me something that was unnecessary. I’ll definitely be calling Service First Heating and Cooling in the Spring to perform the maintenance for my air conditioning unit.

Service First came right out and diagnosed the problem. Greg gave us a great estimate and we had our heat back on in no time. Nice thing about this company is they don’t try and sell you extra things and they don’t leave a mess. Good prices, nice people and problem quickly solved.
