John was very professional, timely and efficient. I went on line to find a top rated company, as soon as I filled out my info within 5 mins John was calling me and setting up an appointment first thing in the morning. Not only did he give me a quote over the phone but when he arrived he explained everything before starting the work. When he did start and ran into a situation he immediately stop the work and showed us the issue and advised us of what could be done. Not once was he disrespectful in assuming we did not understand. He was completely upfront on all the services he advised that we needed with no pressure to have it done. We did decide to have the extra work done without any pressure from John. I will say that when he left I googled how much everything should cost and he was right on line. So if anyone thinks he is inflating prices after my research I would definitely recommend this contractor.

Didn't finish the job and now won't answer my calls. A 400 dollar job turned into 1900 dollars and the job was only half done. He missed a room completely and left the 2 worst vents completely untouched. When discussing prices he decided that was a good time to unbutton his pants and adjust himself.

John McCoy performed the work. Thorough job cleaning vents and ducts! Identified mole in vents that needed treatment; provided quote and completed work accordingly. Provided paperwork detailing entire job performed, I would recommend John to other prospective customers.

Overall did a fine job. I’ve never had the ductwork cleaned before so didn’t really know what to expect. He showed up on time and did the job efficiently
