This service call was for my Dad's home. Dustin was a definite pro when it came to patience. He had some obstacles dealing with the old furnace, pipes and wet crawl space, and a grumpy old man, but Dustin remained pleasant and he stayed on the job until it was done. He took pride in his work, and explained everything to my husband and I in such a way it was easy to understand, and took pictures! He gave us a great quote, and was very quick to get us on his schedule when he found out we had no heat in the house. We thought so much of his service to us, that we are having him give us a quote for a new furnace on our home. Would DEFINITELY recommend Frost to anyone looking for Great Service at a Very Reasonable Price!!

He showed us, via photographs inside the venting, the extent of our issue. The price was extremely reasonable for the job. Dustin was awesome! Furnace went out in the middle of the night and he got us repaired. We have a 20 year old unit and it would have been easy for him to just convince us to get a new one but he made our repairs at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
