Responded right away, came out shortly after we spoke on the phone, diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed description of the repairs needed and the cost, then came out the next business day and completed the necessary repairs. Great experience! I will call them whenever I have any issues with my furnace or AC in the future.

Got it done in less than one day and works well. Greg has a pleasant personality.

Service First Heating and Cooling LLC is a small family HVAC company who takes pride in providing excellent, quick, friendly service and with very reasonable prices. Greg was able to come out today within a few hours of my call and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit (needed a replacement part, which he had in his work vehicle), He then cleaned the outside unit and did some needed repairs to the outdoor and the inside units. I recommend them highly!

Jennifer was easy to schedule with and was very kind over the phone. Her partner, Greg, arrived early and communicated with me prior to my appointment. He provided multiple solutions for our cooling problem which was very helpful as we did not know what our options were prior to the service. It was nice to learn how each of the options worked and how much they would cost. We were very happy with the serve I cannot recommend them enough!

My air conditioning would not come on this early spring, and I was dreading finding out the results of what was wrong. I contacted SF heating and cooling, and the technician came out was super nice, very honest, and told me it was just a broken wire and he fixed it and I couldnâ t be more happy. A very honest company, which is hard to find these days.

I will be recommending this company from now on. Very professional. Quick to the fix and upfront and honest about price. Iâ m so happy to know there are still good honest hardworking people in this world. Hard to find. Great job all the way around
