Initially, my insurance company wanted to repair the roof but Matt provided the knowledge and expertise needed to get the entire roof replaced under our homeownerâ s policy. The process was seamless and Matt worked to make sure my roof was replaced and correctly and up to code. The crew completed the work in one day and cleaned up so well that you wouldnâ t have known they were there except for the beautiful new roof! "Our experience with Coldstream Exteriors on replacing the roof on our house was a pleasant one, from start to finish. The project manager Mario Bennett was great at managing the project. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always addressed our questions and concerns cheerfully with a big smile.
