He e-mailed me an estimate that was in line with what i have paid for similar work in past years, He was easy to communicate with via e-mail, and was able to do the work within the next week, thanks, in part, to good weather. He arrived at 9 am, which is when he said he would arrive, and he worked continuously until 2:45 pm. The work I had done was: 1) clean all leaves and dead foliage out of beds (and since i had a lot of ground-cover trapping leaves, that was not an easy task) 2) Edge around sidewalk/driveway, 3) Trim and shape bushes, 4) weed and mulch beds on side of house and around tree. He did a great job with everything on my list! He cleaned up when done. All in all, i was very pleased with the work he did and i would recommend him to others."

Ken under estmated the amount of top soil required - 12 cubic yards vs. 4 cubic yards. This required extra trips to get soil. Overall, I am satisfied and would use McGuire Property Services again for any type of landscaping services."
