Today is December 23, and it's four below zero heading into Christmas weekend. My furnace thermostat is failing. I reached out to Best Service and spoke to a man who said the earliest he could get out is Tuesday. He then asked a few questions to confirm it was the thermostat, and then said I coulf order the same model over Amazon and pop in a new head. Brilliant! Even better is that I have two systems, the other being an upstairs AC. Both systems use the same model thermostat. I swapped the thermostats and the furnace started pumping heat! Best Service saved Christmas! He gave up a shot at a few bucks short term and gained a new long term customer. I didn't her Best this time, but they'll get all my future work!

We had been a longtime customer of Best Service, and our furnace would not run. A technician came out for an expected service fee and inspected the furnace, indicating that we needed a new heat exchanger. He called the owner(?) at the end of the visit to get an estimate to give us. The heat exchanger was covered under a warranty, and we were quoted a cost of $2,890 for the labor to install it. We were given an estimate of $4,270 (less the fee charged for the service call) to install a comparable new furnace. The second company we consulted quoted us a cost of less than $900 to install a new heat exchanger and $3,200 to install a comparable new furnace (seemingly the same one as the one proposed by Best Service). As best I can tell, Best Service provided us with a significantly inflated estimate for installing the heat exchanger in particular. In addition, we learned that the warranty covering our original furnace provided the option of receiving a free new furnace and $250 towards the labor for installing it or $350 towards the labor to install a new heat exchanger. Best Service installed our original furnace, and I would think that they should have been aware of the terms of the warranty. In the end, we were able to hire another company to install a new furnace comparable to our old one for $1,250, $1,640 less than the price Best Service quoted us for installing a new heat exchanger alone.

The service was good. They removed the old air conditioner and installed new one and made sure that it was working properly before they left.

They were on time, professional, diagnosed the problem and had the air conditioning working again.

The entire process was flawless. I reached out via Angie's List after hours and I immediately received a callback from the owner. We discussed my current situation, 20yr-old unit leaking refrigerant and water from the coils on furnace controls. Even with scheduled booked out for weeks, he found a slot where a service tech could come out and recharge unit, and give estimate for replacement unit. AFter speaking with Tech, I scheduled replacement install for the following week. Service Tech was phenomenal, as he explained, as no other A/C company has, that the furnace did not necessarily need to be replaced if heat exchanged was not damaged. During the install of new unit, installers took multiple pics of heat exchanger and determined it did not need to be replaced. If it di in the future, they would have all necessary info to complete replacement... AFter completing install of unit, charging, and test run, the process was closed with an electronic invoice including all pics of units, warranty, and service contract. I would highly recommend this company o anyone looking to get great service, clean and friendly techs, and excellent equipment for a great price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything went very well. My filter had to be ordered, but the service man came back and installed it at a later date at no extra charge.

They did a fantastic job. They were professional, very efficient, and I have perfect heat now. They cleaned up after they were done and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The problem focused over the weekend and Best was able to come out on Monday, problem was corrected that day, but re occured a week later. At the second service call it was corrected completely. So far so good.

Technician got the water heater working. Honest answers about what was needed. Great service.
