"The team at Eand B Wooley, lead by Heath, were amazing! We were sold on Heath within minutes of meeting him for the estimate. He was friendly, professional, and experienced. He knew right away the nuances of our situation having an older house with sewer, water, and gas lines very close together. He easily explained how he would approach the repair and the potential pitfalls that could occur and how each would be addressed.
After choosing to work with Eand B Wooley contacting Heath for the follow-up items on scheduling and additional questions was a breeze. Heath gave us an estimated work time and called 48 hours prior to re-confirm. He handled everything - the permits, materials etc.
The day of the repair Heath and the guys (John and Nick) showed up on-time and got to work right away. Within the minutes the trench was 6' deep. Within 3 hours they had replaced 13' of pipe, retrieved a broken snake left by the previous service company, back filled the trench, and had cleaned up the work area.
Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.

"John arrived at 2:05 Sunday afternoon. John was very professional, and explained what needed fixed and what it would cost. A new toilet and supply alone were needed. He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
