"My water old softener was not functioning. They came and looked at it and said it was probably not fixable . They offered to take the control unit back to their office and maybe they could fix it. They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

He answered all of our questions and we were pleased by the price of the system and installation. We went ahead and scheduled the installation. John and his plumber arrived on time and his system was installed within two hours. It is Iocated in a convenient spot in our garage and we were very pleased how everything went.
