They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

They did a great job with the repairs, explaining what caused the leaks, and exactly how their repairs would prevent the problems from recurring. That part of the house had been renovated before we bought it, and the renovators had not followed code or good practices with their new plumbing.
