Best water softener pros near Durham, NC

"Kevin’s a very nice guy. His presentation was incredible and very informative. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions with expertise. Gilbert did an outstanding job installing the water softener. The installation was neat and clean. He showed me how the system works. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience."

"Fantastic customer service. Called immediately when I entered my request and it was on a weekend! Set up an appointment for Monday which was wonderful! Our issue involved a water softener system. Had excellent product and process knowledge. Will call them again if we have a problem with the system again!!! Great to do business with!"

"Home advisor contacted the company seconds after I clicked on the search. The company owner called me with in 10 min. He gave me a quote after I described what I wanted. His plumber came to Rocky Mount, NC from the Raleigh area the next day and installed the system. The co owner came out later that afternoon from Raleigh and inspected the job. He did a water test and found the system completely removes all iron from our well water. He left a water test kit for me to preform in 60 days. It has a self addressed postage paid container to mail back. The price was fair. The job was professionally done. The Owner personally made sure the job was done correctly. Yes I would recommend this company highly to all my friends. Chick Nezas Retired Police Sgt."

"The contractor was quick to respond and the repair was professionally done. Along with this repair I asked about options to add a water softener; he suggested the most expensive option. Only when I stated that this option was out of my price range did he suggest that their were options that were probably better suited to my needs. The repairs were professionally done, but I was left feeling like I had just dealt with a pushy salesman."

"James Cress Jr Water Pump Company came out to check my well and give me an estimate on work to be performed. He was punctual with his appointment with me. He replaced my pump in the well and I am one satisfied customer. I will call him again. I will be referring him to family and friends. I was satisfied with the hob and the cost was reasonable."

"I was having issues with my gas hot water heater not staying lit. Josh worked hard on the problem all day and tried a number of parts. Unfortunately none of the parts he had worked, calling the manufacturer of my hot water heater he was able to track down the correct part. He was not able to finish the repair that day due to the part being ordered. I was kept up to date by Michelle and she called everyday to update me on the status of the part. Once the part came in Josh came back and installed the new part along with cleaning up the burner and vents. He was able to get it lit and stuck around to make sure it stayed on. He let me know how to keep the area clean so it would stay lit. I just felt like this was great customer service and would call JD Service again for any plumbing or heating issues."

"My 20 year old gas tank water heater needed replacing. They installed a new tankless water heater and removed the old tank. We are very happy with the results."
