When reading reviews and speaking with the lady when I called for a quote, it seemed as if the owner was involved and I had hope to hire. On the initial call I was told either the owner or "Jennifer" would be out for the walk-through quote. This morning, I received a reminder call for the appointment. When I ask who would be out, because one should never let a stranger in the house, the female on the phone said it would either be Diana or Jennifer. When I asked about the owner, she said, "he doesn't do walk-throughs anymore because he travels." The discrepancy was my first red flag. A young lady named Diana arrived promptly. I had to ask her to take her dirty shoes off before walking through my home. Red flag number 2. I explained that I just had my home remodelled including refinishing my wood floors and installing brand new carpet throughout. I have concerns about cross contamination between homes, especially regarding bedbugs. I am also concerned about cleaning products and processes that might ruin my home. Diana expressed that she is new to quoting and could get Jennifer to answer my questions. She explained that she was one of the people that used to clean and explained the process. I told her that I am looking for a company to clean the way I want it done without ruining my home. She suggested I find a smaller company. I am writing this post because based on the reviews, I bet at one time this was a really good company and possibly they have grown too big to manage quality. It is also possible that this was just an inadequately trained employee, and in that case, the company deserves the chance to know why they are losing business. I am looking for quality and service without hassle. My impression today was of another low-quality cleaning company with poor management. I will not hire them.

Our General Manager (Jennifer) and Sales Rep (Diana) have both received merit based promotions from our entry level house cleaner positions. The owner, Bob, is very involved in the business and focuses on the business aspects as well as the operations of the company. We are sorry that you had to ask our Sales Rep to take her shoes off upon entering the home, and this is something we will address with her. All of our Professional Housecleaners are trained in our thorough Detail-Clean Rotation System, proven effective in over 20 million homes and ensures each home gets the level of clean it needs at the right frequency. Over the 12 years we've been in business, we've had thousands of very happy customers, but we know we are not the right fit for everybody. I am sorry it did not work out, but wish you the best and hope you find somebody who will be a better fit."
