We needed to replace a failed kitchen faucet and Michael was able to fit us in the first thing the next morning. The faucet was replaced and the site completely cleaned up at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Did a nice job on emergency work I needed done. But when asked to do larger tankless water heater didn't want the work because I was honest about other estimates and direct vs pass over valve option. Not a good way to run a business.

He came out and completed the job.Upon completion, I asked for a receipt for payment and he refuses to send it. He claims that he have sent it via email, and I still haven't received it. He also said he sent it via postal mail and still nothing.

"This review is very inaccurate. We have done everything possible over the years to accommodate this Angies List member. This is a very delicate situation. We sent copies of her invoice out August 21st at 2:21pm and August 22nd at 10:06am. We have called to confirm if she received it and she never called back. We have asked her to email us and we can reply to her email tread with a copy and she never did."

Very very smoothly. Mike is the very model of professionalism -- he shows up when he said he would (!!!), and even calls before coming. His work is always competent, fast, trustworthy, and of high quality; and he always puts everything back to rights afterward. He's always courteous, he also offers insights and helpful suggestions. This is our second time calling on him, and we definitely will choose him again.

Mike arrived on time and performed the flush with no problems. He recommended that I get a moisture alarm or a moisture cutoff because of my water heater's location (attic). However, he did this in an informational way rather than as a hard sell. Overall, I thought his attitude was great and I appreciated that he was able to give me advice without being pushy about it. I will definitely keep him in mind for my future plumbing needs.

Mike and Will were extremely professional and kind. They explained to me the most economical way to fix our plumbing issues. They were very diligent about not leaving a mess in the house and Mike checked over their work several times before leaving, ensuring I was pleased with the work. Great Job fellas! Michael and Will came the same day I contacted them, at the time they said they would be here. Stopped the faucet from running but counseled that it would more economical to replaced it now instead of making another service call later. As the faucet was old and scheduled for replacement in the spring, I choose to have it replaced. They completed the job within 30 minutes!! The quoted price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted!! Both Michael and Will were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience!

It's a big difference when a client can reach an experienced plumber directly and quickly, as it happened in our case. We had a challenging situation, when we had to get a water heater replaced within a very short period of time as a precondition for a sale. Mike was able to provide a reasonable estimate real-time on the spot, and offered to get it replaced within a day. in contrast, many other companies asked to see the place first to be able to come up with an estimate, and asking to pay for that estimate etc. Which would delay our sale. The job was done very well, very clean and on time. The company was very responsive and accessible, with good communication and timely updates about the progress etc. Here's the feedback from our realtor when we asked to check on how things well. "Installation looks great. Very neat, no carpet stains." We're very happy with the service and the outcome, and our interaction with this plumbing company.

Extremely well. They were waiting for me when I came home from my appt, assessed the situation, attempted to fix it, but I ended up needing a new tank - it was several years old, at that age where I knew they were usually in need of replacing. All the work was done and done well. The cleanup made it look like no one was there and they left me happy and with great peace of mind at the start of a long holiday weekend.

Mike was awesome! He explained two different options to repair and left us completely open to decide which option would be more cost effective for us. Despite the late hour and having to drive all the way across town, Mike was cheerful and thorough. He even showed my husband how to replace a part, so we would not run into the same issue again. We will definitely contact A H Plumbing again, if we need plumbing repair.
