Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."
