They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wife's approval (not easy to get).
