"The gentleman that responded to our call on a Saturday morning was very curtious and professional. He did a wonderful job over the course of two days due to the difficulty of our situation. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that has the same problem as we had."

"We got assigned this vendor through American Home Shield on June 7. Our AC unit was not holding 79 degrees in our upper floor. The tech came 5 days later and diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil. They replaced it one week later ($3.5k). The following day, the unit was functioning worse than prior to the installation not holding 80 degrees in any of the floors. We called and came again 3 days later. One would expect they would come earlier as it was a follow up. They told us they need it to re-adjust the temperature of the compressor, apparently (they told us) this is common after coil replacement (why this was not done first? no idea!). One day after the visit, the unit still cannot hold 80 degrees in both floors. It is obvious the tech has no idea of what he is doing. At this point I am not sure the initial diagnosis and replacement of the coil (with the consequent fees of adding new refrigerant, $1800 + hand labor+ modifications, all not covered by AHS) was correct. Extremely frustrated experience. I would not recommend this vendor."

"From the very start in meeting Stuart I knew that this company was by far one of the best in the industry. He was extremely knowledgeable about exactly what type of system to install along with carefully listening to what mine and my wife's needs were so that he could make sure to meet them, which he fully did. Two thumbs up to Stuart along with Jeremy and Robb who came out and did an amazing job on our whole house water filtration system install. It was also very impressive that there is still a company out there that when they say they will be there, they are! Very punctual and the follow-up was superb. Jeremy and Robb were very detailed in making sure everything was done 100% correct and that no mistakes were made along the way in installing the system. I absolutely love the fact of being thorough and doing it right the first time! A+++++++ for a job well done and a great reputable company that stands behind their word! I would highly recommend calling them if you are thinking about getting a water system or upgrading from an older one of any kind. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. Both of the people doing the install were highly knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA."
