Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
