The Sellers at that property are working with me to resolve some, hopefully, small issues with their HVAC units (so that this sale will run smoothly). Though, I just researching their HVAC provider’s (1.5 stars … gulp!) rating --and his one page "pricey" report. Looked like very hefty charges (to the Sellers) for what is listed as a “quick fix".
