This job had been ignored for nearly 10 years due to its difficulty and intricacy. Josh and David jumped right in, manufactured a new drain pan, and re-installed it in a five-day span. Only complaint was that they didn't keep me informed of the process, so I had to email them to find out when they were coming back. I would not hesitate to use them again any time."

He quoted us to be able to vent out our microwave but it turns out he could not complete the work due to where the microwave was placed, but he still wanted us to pay him for the full quote when all he did was actually install. That was a bit disappointing, otherwise he was fine."

So he filled it up cooled great no issues until two days later freezing up again so he came back out no charge and found a leak. He picked up the part installed it charged it back up and we are running again. Did a great job and made sure I knew what was going on step by step will use again."
