"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don&#39;t care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Blaze acquired Comfort Master, the company that originally installed my HVAC unit 8 years ago. So, I hired them for an annual inspection. They told me the heat exchange unit was cracked and needed to be replaced. The part was still under warranty. They quoted me a price of $2,600 for the labor. I asked how long the job would take and the tech said 3-5 hours. That is $650/hour! I told them I would get someone else to look at it. I then said I needed a thermostat installed and I had the item. They quoted me $500 for a 15 minute job to hook it up. These prices were absolutely crazy to me. The second company I brought in agreed the heat exchanger was cracked and said it was probably due to improper installation. Before he left, the tech told me about a plan for $349/year for an annual inspection of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. I agreed to buy that, as that was a good deal versus what you would normally pay for all 3 separately. A few weeks later they sent a tech over for the electrical inspection. I started getting concerned after he told me 4 times how frugal he was personally. I was right. He gave me a list of things that needed fixing totaling over $10,000. I then contacted my regular electrician and gave him the list. He recommended only 2 items on it costing under $500. Be very wary of Blaze, they gouge and do unnecessary work."

"Air Innovations continues to impress! Technician Teddy completed the A/C portion of our annual Maintenance plan today. He was punctual, and efficiently carried out his inspection of our split-level system on both outside- & attic-located equipment over the course of 1+ hours. But his service didn't stop there: Because our split-A/C system is now 20 years old, he alerted me that its life is now very limited, which prompted a discussion of near future replacement. And on this topic, he was VERY informative (I learned how very expensive HVAC & A/C systems have become-- both to repair/upgrade & replace, owing largely to upgraded coolant/refrigerant requirements), and he subsequently motivated me to start exploring strategies to upgrade our system in the next year or two via purchasing-options that might save me some money on what will be a VERY expensive proposition. All-in-all, I think this service call far exceeded the value of the usual visit, and serves to continue AI's exceedingly fine reputation and commitment to quality... from the owner on down through his various technicians who have served us."
