"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"Cape Fear Heating and Cooling came by and restarted the pilot light on my gas heating unit. I also had him check everything to determine if the unit was ok. Because I had gotten a deal from Angie's list for a $29 service call, I expected him to find some other things that needed to be "fixed" to boost the cost of the visit. But he did not. He was honest and said everything else looked fine. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, I don't remember the guy's name. Thank you!"
