He was able to get my unit running in under 30 minutes. My unit is very old, so I requested a quote for a new system and received a very sensible estimate in under 24 hours. In contrast, I was told by a tech from another company I needed a replacement unit. Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working.
