A problem was remedied by moving some tape that has plagued us for over a year. We were told it would cost 1000s to repair. Uprise only charged us the service call fee. Your integrity and professionalism are appreciated.

Short review: Jack is a good guy with fair prices for the work he does on any system. Respectable, knowledgeable, friendly, responds quickly, on time, works efficiently. Long review: The family and I had been away from home visiting relatives for about a week. After returning home we discovered that our AC units werenâ t functioning for some reason. We checked and tested everything we could at the base level of self correcting any issues but unfortunately could not figure out why the units werenâ t working. Up Rise Heating and Air was willing to come out to do an inspection and give a quote on short notice the day before Christmas (12/24/21)! The staff/phone operated was friendly and provided all necessary information to get a representative out to us for the job. The representative, Jack, arrive in 30mins to our home ready to work. Jack respectfully introduced himself, was friendly and knowledgeable ensuring that I understand exactly what could be wrong with our units. After 30mins-1hr of inspecting the crawl space, two units outside and a furnace system up stairs Jack had identified and corrected the issue. Our systems were fixed and back running. I learned more about my heating and cooling systems in the time Jack was here than i had ever known before. I plan to continue using Up Rise Heating and Air in the future.
