South Wake HVAC is a locally-owned and operated heating and air conditioning company that service the Fuquay Varina and the surrounding areas. Born into a family-owned heating and air company, owner Woody Stokes learned about honest hard work while working for his father as a young man. Today, with more than 28 years of experience in the industry, he continues to practice the same ethics of honest hard work he first learned as a child. South Wake HVAC focuses on quality, integrity and honest service. We are passionate about providing superior service and form lasting bonds with you, the customer. South Wake HVAC has been our “go to” for any of our HVAC needs. Woody is the best! He has always gotten to us as soon as he possibly could. Exceptional service. My AC went out and Woody was able to check out the system within a couple of hours. Knew a new system would be eminent and he provided a very good price and was able to get it installed in less than a week. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional, Call ahead to let us know he was on his way! Fixed it the same day. Our system is the original and we know that it is time to upgrade to a new one. He sent us a couple of choices to consider. We have time to explore these choices. We would certainly reccomend him.

Electric Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
I called on an emergency basis, no heat on a Saturday morning. Woody arrived when he said he would and was quick to find the problem and to remove the faulty blower for the heat pump. Although he could not replace the part the same day, he was able to order it on Monday and replace it on Tuesday.
