"Before I called Maynor, I had 4 other companies give me an hvac replacement quote. Maynor was the 5th. I was very impressed with Mike who gave me the estimate. He exactly gave me the picture of what HVAC I was going to get and gave me choices and time to think about it. I decided to go with Maynor because of their reputation. NATE certified installers. I was right. Junior and Biri came to install my trane hvac with both heating and cooling. I also had zoning done. Very professional. Came on time at 7:30 and finished around 4 pm as I had zoning done the same day. Very impressed with the work done and the efficiency is to say the least. The next day, Jaime (supervisor) came to my house and reassured me that everything is working great. I appreciate the reassurance as it is a big investment. They are open 24/7 and they listen to your needs. Competitive quote and honestly lower than everyone else considering the quality of work. My heating was in the attic and the work was outstanding (I took before and after pictures and inspected everything they did). The zoning works perfect. If you are looking for quality, efficient and superb work, go for Maynor. You will never go wrong. I had researched, read all reviews and got estimates from 4 other big hvac installers. I was not convinced until I met Mike who was honest, detailed and organized. The only one who gave me the specific model number of the hvac I was getting and educated me regarding the different kinds of hvacs. Also, he did not push me to go with other brands like all the other 4 companies did. Maynor took care of me and I know they will take care of you too."

"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

"I called about 10:00 AM to ask if the work could be done before Christmas (it's Dec. 18), and by 12:30 Greg was pulling up at my house. The work was done beautifully in a couple of hours. Greg was a consummate professional, wore booties whenever he was in the house, and cleaned up after the work was done. I will definitely call Streamline next time I need electrical work done. They also do plumbing and HVAC, though I didn't use those services today."

"I strongly recommend Raymond of RPS Mechanical Systems of Holly Springs. Raymond did an excellent job fixing our problem and tuning up our HVAC system. He came the next morning at 9 am. Diagnosed the issue (water in the pan from algae build up) & fixed it. We inquired about tuning up the HVAC system. He offered a fair price tuning up 3 systems which we agreed to. As part of the tune-up he identified that we needed to clean 3 condensers (outside coils), they hadn't been cleaned in 8 years& had a lot of dirt. Hint: Use gravel or grass around your outside condensers. Don't use mulch or leave dirt. Dust collects on the coil fins, hindering performance."

"The Technicians were on time, courteous and thorough. They respected our home and wore booties to protect our floors. They were hard workers and they cleaned up the mess from the dryer vent cleaning. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a boroscope view so I can see the before/after of the cleaning. The amount of lint/debris that cam from the dryer vent was astounding so I know they cleaned it well. I would hire them again and may bring them back to clean the HVAC ductwork."
