This project was bid and accepted. Upon completion and after paying, the customer contacted us and said the job was completed to their satisfaction but they did not agree with the number of people and length of time it took to complete. We tried to explain that there are many costs involved in operating a small business, which are rolled into every estimate. We are sorry the customer was dissatisfied with the price, but the project was bid and accepted for a flat fee of $800.00, not per time and materials. We always provide quality workmanship and service when completing projects, but some jobs can take more or less time than anticipated.Service Provider Response
