From start to finish the experience with Nick and the guys was wonderful. The piece for me that was important was having a sense of peace that it was all under control and that I did not feel I needed to be involved in every last decision. If it was a major decision "Sure", but many times the question was "I plan to do X because yada yada, does this sound good Joann?" For a busy working parent - that kind of partner is a dream.
The first two days began with the floor of the bathroom coming out because it was rotted. Nick handled it in stride and made it seem like it was all in the plan. No big deal but they were very concerned that our young children or dog would fall through so they made sure to block it off until repaired.
Nick has a great sense of design so I didn't feel the need to spend time online looking for ideas or watch hours of HGTV to come up with complementary tile patterns for the shower. He made suggestions that worked beautifully and would disagree with me (respectfully of course) if my idea wouldn't work with the master plan and take the time to explain why. One of the guys on the team became good buddies with my 6 year old. My little guy couldn't wait to come home and excitedly babble about his day to him. He patiently listened. :) I have the utmost trust in their skills and integrity and they are just good caring guys.
I whole heartedly recommend Niko Construction and will be using them for all of our many upcoming projects.
