"Quoting was fair and easy. There was a bit of a mix up between the quote and the person's doing the work, but was resolved fairly quickly the work was done just as quickly. Our concrete was raised noticeably and our issue resolved at the time of the work. "We did not have to completely replace the side staircase or redo the basement entrance for both instances. They were able to rein-enforce, repair and resurface these deteriorated and previously moss covered and crumbling concrete areas. It was handled in 1.5 days. Very professional, kind and capable employees. Left the sight very clean and did a spectacular job on the repairs. The areas look like new entrances. Very well done! The price was great as well. "I have a large 3-flue chimney that needed the top 3 feet to be torn out and restored. Joe Olson was patient with my questions and professional. Joe wrote an excellent philosophy of his approach to the business which gave him a lot to live up to. The original bricks were cleaned and reused and the end result was that the restored brickwork could not be distinguished from the original. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The price was fair for the amount of work involved. Another tarp or two could have been used to protect the garden mulch from bits of loose mortar."
