We highly recommend Tom Becker, and are happy and grateful for his help with our full house re-carpeting! We just moved, and wanted to entirely replace the carpet at the new house. I am a bit if a quality freak, pertaining to the carpet quality itself, and importantly the installation—this was primarily due to a poor installation we had from another vendor a couple years ago… I researched installers, and Tom had great reviews, so we reached out to him for advice and a bid. Tom couldn’t have been nicer, and it was very clear he knew what he was talking about. He came out to the house, took measurements and discussed various options, trade offs between different brands and materials, pads, etc., including what would be needed to accommodate the in-floor heat, how seams would look and perform across different carpet materials, etc. This process was thorough, and really hi-lighted Tom’s decades of experience Importantly, Tom listened to what was important to us, did his homework and provided some guidance — I genuinely felt that the carpet selection guidance was unbiased, and based on facts and his experiences with different materials and installations…this gave us a lot of confidence, which we needed! Tom was patient with our selection process, and a great sounding board when choosing various brands and materials. This included some coaching on color, materials, longevity, installation factors, etc. We felt much more informed, and more confident about the carpet we decided on. re: Instalation Tom brought in two exceptional installers — Johnny and Mikey (incredibly nice, and very considerate/tidy…real high-end pros) — and he walked through the installation with them prior to getting started It was very evident that we were in good hands — I try not to hover, but am always interested/curious how things are done…Johnny and Mikey were clearly expert installers, workmanship was exceptional and we couldn’t be happier with the flawless job they did Tom checked in throughout the installation, and was very deliberate in the final inspection making sure that he and we were satisfied with the carpet and the installation I honestly am a stickler on doing things right, and am so happy with the way that this process went, from the help with selection to the quality of the materials, and of course the perfect installation — We are very happy, and I can’t say enough how strongly I recommend Tom Becker. A++

We had planned to buy carpet from a big box retailer but Tom convinced us to get everything from his comany. Glad we listened. Tom is very knowledgable and the installation went very well and on time as scheduled. This job

Johnny and Mike did a GREAT job and were so friendly. Really fun guys. Tom made an appointment with us quickly after we contacted him and things went very quickly and smoothly. From working with Tom to choose the carpet to having a superb job done installing. Highly recommend if you have any flooring needs. Our thanks to them all!

Johnnie and Mike did a great job! They came on time, were friendly, polite and efficient. They also removed the old carpeting and vacuumed before and after installation. We are very happy with how the installation turned out.

Tom and his crew did a great job from helping pick out the flooring to install and clean up.

They were very professional throughout the whole process. We had minimal down time, installers were courteous and polite. It was a large room, they worked around our schedule. A 9 foot pool table had to be disassembled and reassembled after installation. We would recommend them highly!!

The experience was great from start to finish with Tom Becker and his team. Tom is very friendly, honest, fairly priced and was able to get my install scheduled quickly. He checked in throughout and after the install and was very responsive when I had any questions. Steve and the installation team were very friendly, quick and thorough. There were a couple of areas that needed correction after install. Steve addressed all my concerns and did a full final walkthrough with me to make sure everything is was installed to my satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend!

its not great. there is a lot of defects after they installed it. the team or the installers don't know what they are doing.
