When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. "The work was done well, the price was good considering most of the work was manual - shoveling, breaking up concrete, etc. Communication was not great between myself and the estimator after the estimate was given, and some of the workers showed up in personal vehicles rather than company vehicles, so it was hard to know if they were employees of the company or subcontractors. In the location where the concrete pad was removed, it would have been nice if they would have leveled out the dirt instead of just leaving a pile."

"We were very disappointed when we returned home after they had finished and found parts of our sprinkler system laying in many places in the front yard and many feet of hose and frayed wires laying on the grass on either side of the driveway. We had to pay the sprinkler company to repair the lines that were under the driveway and will be paying a landscaper to fill in the several inch gaps on either side of the driveway and step. We felt the cleanup could have been much better, but the driveway is good. We know two other people who were pleased with their work, which is why we hired them."
